DEADLINES, DELIVERY PLACE AND LOST PRODUCTS

I. Delivery of the product

The shipments are made through the transport company Avianca-Deprisa. Once your order is confirmed it is enlisted and dispatched.

Remember: For products in stock, the dispatch is made the next business day after the purchase is confirmed. For products ordered to manufacture the dispatch takes place between 8 to 10 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

Once your order has been delivered and delivered to the carrier you will receive a dispatch notification with your information with the guide number with which you can track your shipment through the page www.deprisa.com.

Once received the confirmation of dispatch you will receive your order within a maximum period of 5 business days for national shipments and 7 business days for international shipments. These times are estimated and do not depend directly on Ana Carolina Valencia, so it exempts you from any delay in the delivery of your order due to an extraordinary case or force majeure event. III. Missing packages

IV. Diligence in the delivery

The customer must check the good condition of the package before the courier company indicating any anomaly that could be detected on the packaging. VERIFY ORDERS

ORDERS CANCELLED

Once the payment of the order is made cancellations are not accepted. Changes to the order can be made before the goods are sent only if they are available in stock. For products that have been ordered to manufacture the changes can only be made up to 24 hours after the purchase. RETURNINGS

Return procedure

Jewelry purchased from Ana Carolina Valencia through its online store may be returned and refunded, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the company Ana Carolina Valencia, because the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by you as confirmed in your order.
  • Notify the e-mail address joyeria@gmail.com, your intention to return the jewels during the 24 hours following receipt of the order, indicating in the subject: REQUEST RETURN.
  • Make the shipment of the jewelry to be returned within 3 working days of the date of receipt to the address indicated in response to the initial notification sending via email a copy of the guide delivered by the carrier. The amount expenses will be reimbursed.
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  • The shipment must be made using the same box and/or bag in which it has been received to protect the product. For the case that can not be done with the box and/or bag with which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box in order that the product is received again with the maximum possible guarantees.

Refunds to the customer

Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, Ana Carolina Valencia will reimburse the customer the value paid in their order and the corresponding shipping costs. Refunds are made through PayU.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Ana Carolina Valencia will be exonerated from the liability arising from the guarantee when it proves that the defect comes from:

  1. The improper use of the product by the client.
  2. When the customer did not follow the instructions for the care of the product (see Product Care).

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
